The NAA partnership

ETS Europe has been appointed as the National Assessment Agency (NAA) delivery partner for test operations services in England. For the 2008 national curriculum test cycle and over the next five years, ETS Europe will be managing test operations including test ordering for key stages 1, 2 and 3 and the marking programme for key stages 2 and 3. 

 

Key responsibilities include:

• managing the test ordering process
• external marking of tests and recruiting markers
• the collection and return of scripts and results to schools
• handling reviews
• collection of teacher assessments
• running the test operations agency helpdesk
